If you’d like to make an appointment, please call my office (314-965-3803) and I’ll get back with you.
When we meet I'll probably ask something like,“What’s going on? Why have you come for counseling?"
Perhaps you’re having a marriage problem or you’re dealing with a difficult child or struggling with your weight. You may be trying to decide if you want to continue in a relationship. Or you've noticed that you're drinking too much or getting too angry. Maybe you’re feeling overly anxious, depressed or lonely, and despite your best efforts, you can’t seem to shake these feelings.
Whatever problem or problems you bring to counseling, you can expect to get support and specific information as to how you might best handle the issue. What I often tell people, "Buckle your seat belt, expect lots of feedback, and together we'll get your problem solved."
